Wrapped up Session 11 this morning. We were up at 5am to get it in. Over the past 6 days we put in 24 hours of DB training across 11 sessions. It was tough. I was sore, tired, and pushed every single day but I feel stronger, sharper, and in the best shape I’ve ever been.
