Lääkärikoulutuksessa hands on -opetus ja henkilökohtainen ohjaus ovat keskeisiä. Mitkään tutkimukset tai laitteet eivät korvaa lääkärin henkilökohtaista osaamista, tietoja ja taitoja. Oulussa neurologian opetus saa hyvää palautetta, mutta kasvavat kurssit lisäävät haasteita.
