AI adoption has become the best litmus test for how much bureaucratic red tape is present at any company. Of course there’s a natural friction to implementing these tools - but the upside is nearly limitless (if you give yourself enough time to trial your ideal AI stack).

The fastest way to make a company “AI-native” isn’t to redraw the org chart, it’s to remove unnecessary handoffs. If AI allows one person to draft designs, copy, analysis, and code, the bottleneck shifts from “who can I get to help?” to “how fast can I iterate a V1?”

President Trump is right: the Fed should cut rates now - because AI is already killing jobs at an astonishing rate. We’re entering a new era of silent job destruction, one that won’t show up in the unemployment rate until it’s too late. AI is decimating white-collar work in.

I’m bumping this up after today’s news that $LLY Zepbound achieved a 94% reduction in diabetes after 3 years. GLP-1 is a revolution on par with AI. These drugs need to be available based on needs. Not means.
