We do this drill almost every day to start our defensive segment early in the year. Gives lots of energy, closeout technique (early hand, stance, angle, slide technique..) and will progress with 2v2 side stunts and gap to 4v4 rotations and positioning. Quick + effective
These type of defensive drills are good enough for the best players in the world playing on Team USA You will still have high school and middle school kids going through the motions like they are a waste of time
