Baltimore saw 7 homicides in August. That’s the first time on record (since 1970) there’s been single-digit homicides in August, historically the 2nd-deadliest month of the year here. There’s been 91 killings this year in Baltimore, down 62% from 241 victims at this time in 2022.

MLB Ballpark app was down before today's Red Sox game. Fans had to go get their tickets printed, causing these crowds out of Fenway Park after the game had already started. (via @SmittyOnMLB)
