I think the original post is bait and “childless women” is an intentionally shitty way to refer to women that don’t have kids but I do sometimes interact with child free people that think they have it all figured out.

Being a teacher is different from being a parent and they shouldn’t give each other advice beyond their scope. Parents aren’t teachers and kids aren’t the same at home as they are at school. People need to be less judgmental and get out of the way.
Friendly reminder: Childless women are also teachers, licensed medical providers, pediatricians, therapists, social workers, guardian ad litems and/or formal child advocates, daycare professionals, etc.

I’m an only child so I get a kick out of interacting with siblings and being like “oh I saw your sister getting coffee yesterday” and then instead of being like “cool!” the sibling is like “ugh god she’s so disgusting”

I am obviously a huge proponent of having children but one thing that really bothers me about conservative messaging on this is there are so many women who want to become mothers and can’t or - just haven’t found the right person. Also some women don’t want children and it’s ok.

7:15-3:45 with more instructional time each day and more total time at school, which is horrible. Kids already are under rested and spend too much time commuting. The schedule is already impossibly early for parents. Kids already have no recess. This idea sucks.
