Spoke with Kunal1, Kunal2, Navneet, Survi at @EurekaForbes customer service, all of who were very polite, promised highest priority, escalating to higher ups, etc. etc. BUT no serviceman 4 days after the serviceman damaged the water purifier. Highly disappointing.

@wonderchef Bought a Wonderchef Nutri Blend Mixer Grinder Blender on Amazon in September. In only two weeks of usage, several parts cracked. Explained issue to call center, a service person came without any parts for this apparently common issue! Need a replacement.

Don't count on processing of your disconnection request. @airtelindia stinks. Their customer friendly process for postpaid customers requires 4-5 calls (call centre clueless about advance pmt on Airtel Thanks app).
