@isaracomic personally i like indie projects that focus less on flashy animation and more just getting the story out, just an animatic/comic/whatever or just short films I'd not want to ask for volunteer labor for a big project that potentially won't make $...that's my only criticism

The indie vs union/studio animation stuff is complicated, idk how to explain my thoughts on it concisely yet ngl its why I make my semi-animated comic by myself (& very slowly lol) bc I don't want to take advantage of others people's time when I know I can't pay them fairly
