It can show this kind of motion when a relatively high value is set for "Stiffness" in the #boneDynamicsNode. Without using a plugin node, something similar can also be built with #Bifrost. (The following video is made with the boneDynamicsNode.)
Has anyone seen a tool/setup like this for Maya? I'm guessing it's a time offset as a base, but not sure. Thanks for any help!
