It’s built out of wood, wire, polymer clay, felted wool, chrome paint, fluid acrylics, and light-absorbing matte black paint btw the buttons on the TV can be pressed, and the dog is attached with magnets so he can be repositioned.

I used a combination of Cernit and Sculpey Ultralight polymer clays, an acrylic rod, a wooden base, gold leaf, wire and foil armature, magnets, iridescent and glow in the dark pigments from @SolarColorDust, and Golden fluid acrylics. Here are a few rough in-progress pictures:
