Tons of LiveView content has come out of ElixirConf past and present so I made a playlist for easy viewing #MyElixirStatus .

I picked up so much valuable knowledge working my ISP's help desk after school and on weekends during high school. I wish more devs had that kind of background.
Helpdesk is a job where you get to talk with literally everyone in a business at idle, in life, in work, in their tasks, in their critical tasks, their hacks, in their annoyed self. You cannot pay for that. Not required. But I’m better for it.

I'm glad I was able to play a small part in this journey– live music tech is the perfect space for Elixir and @vinniefranco has put together a great team! #MyElixirStatus.
A new exciting case has landed on Elixir's web site: "Scaling a streaming service to hundreds of thousands of concurrent viewers at @Veeps", with @vinniefranco and @whatyouhide:

An excellent write-up on the new streaming upload options in Phoenix LiveView! #MyElixirStatus.
File uploads are hard. Phoenix LiveView makes them easy, and now even for complex use cases thanks to the new UploadWriter.

I finally had a chance to play around with media-chrome and I must say it's pretty sweet. Thanks @MuxHQ!.

Two complaints for @GoRewatch today:. 1. Your 'Add video from Google' integration is broken. It 500's every time it tries to request an auth token from GDrive. 2. Your command palette shortcut clobbers Chrome's DevTools shortcut. This is arguably less important but it's annoying.

A huge shoutout to @chris_mccord for getting the UploadWriter behaviour in place bc he "need[ed] it for work" which is generally the *only* way I can get anything done. I'm just glad I found some time to test a frequently requested implementation.

LiveView users- did you have security concerns about direct to cloud uploads? Worry no longer! Steaming client uploads to cloud storage thru your own server will be trivial in an upcoming LiveView release. Quick n' dirty example via ExAws. #MyElixirStatus.
