This was likely in late 2006-early 2007, because this happened especially in the later seasons of these shows, most noticeable in the 4:3 masters (I noticed that while watching these shows in HBO Max Latam)

This is the reason why in cartoons like "The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy", "Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends", "Camp Lazlo" and "My Gym Partner's a Monkey" had yellow color pallettes brighter, like Mandy's hair in Season 6, the sky color in the 16:9 version of Camp Lazlo

@nuckles87 Chowder looks the way he looks in Season 1 and 2 cuz that's what CN and CH Greenblatt want him to look like. Of *course* CN is capable of making new models. That's not why they haven't changed Chowder's design. We gonna do this every time Mung Daal's Catering gets new renders?
