After 4 years we finally published our Genicular Artery Anatomy Classification. Thank you to @SIRspecialists for the grant funding & all the help we received especially cadavers from @sunydownstate, @WeillCornell & @NYITCOMDO. @AbinSajanMD @JVIRmedia .

Great vid showing clot removal. Pt presented with symptomatic acute DVT extending from pop to iliac, unable to be anticoagulated due to recent hemorrhagic stroke. 30 mins later all thrombus is removed from leg. Temporary IVC filter was also placed. #TwittIR #DVT #VTE #IRad

First complex TIPS as an attending. Pt presented with portal venous thrombus and recurrent variceal bleeds. After unsuccessful ICE TIPS decided to use @ZHaskal’s gunsight technique with portal thrombectomy!
