You can hear an ICE agent yelling “where’s the gun?” As they search Alex Pretti’s dead body His colleague had already disarmed him He had a valid licence to carry. Having a gun is not a crime in Minnesota. He was disarmed & restrained when they killed him. He was murdered.

Owning a gun is legal. Carrying a gun is legal. The victim of today's ICE murder doesn't have the gun in his hands during the encounter from any of the video shown. He is on the ground having the shit kicked out of him and being pistol whipped. Then he is shot repeatedly.

This video of federal agents killing a civilian appears to contradict the accounts by @DHSgov and @BPUnion. It appears the victim was filming and then tried to help a person that a Border Patrol agent shoved to the ground. He didn’t “approach with a gun,” or “brandish” a weapon.

THIRD angle, again, showing that the officer in gray clearly takes the firearm off the victim.

It appears from zooming in just moments before ICE/CBP shoot yet another US citizen, one agent removes the victims firearm from his waste holster. The victim was UNARMED when he was shot multiple times. This is a state execution. Again.
