It makes sense to hate Coldplay if you only listen to hardcore or something like that, but it doesnt make sense to hate Coldplay if your music taste is basically just Spotify’s “Indie Chill Mix” playlist. You at least gotta hand it to the 1st two Coldplay records if ur in group 2.

It annoys me that a movie can end with a slow zoom out shot and no one is bothered, but lots of people hate fade outs in recorded music because “it wouldn’t happen live” or something. I enjoy records specifically because they allow bands to do shit that’s not possible live.

If you are a musician, please for the love of god don’t use Distrokid’s “mastering” tool they are pushing on every release. I’m anti AI mastering, but if you really have to, there are better options out there. The Distrokid one does heinous things to music. It is so bad.

Produced this new EP from Good Deal that’s out today - very proud of how it came out. I love a band like this because the music they make is very accessible while also completely being itself. They’re super talented.
