NSW Justice Peter Garling ruled again today that @mattvscouts, a victim of convicted paedophile, should pay costs of @ScoutsNSW, who successfully sought permanent stay to shut down his case vs them. Matt has so far crowdsourced $224k to appeal. @4corners
