@nerdliness Same, although I think I've been with Kamala the whole time. I really hope it comes down to those two, I would love to see them shine as they come up with their best platforms and ideas.

I've been using Photoshop since 1993 (I designed t-shirts for the University of Oregon). I recently started using Illustrator enough that I wanted to learn more. Been absorbing everything I can, I only wish I had started sooner! Never too late to learn something new, etc. etc.

A creatine dose of 3-5 will maintain creatine stores. Intramuscular creatine stores decline back to near pre-supplementation levels after approximately 4 weeks of creatine cessation.

Given the record temps around the globe, are you doing anything to account for these changes? I'm looking into reflective paint for our roof, and considering an insulated work shop / cool room under our deck. Small, but heavily insulated and partially built into the ground.
