If we don’t look after our NHS staff we will lose them. In fact we already are. The NHS currently has over 100,000 vacancies, and that will only get worse if we don’t treat our amazing people better. We think a fair pay rise is the least they deserve. Please RT if you do too.

Before and after 3 weeks at @GreatOrmondSt. Jacob was born very very sick with Strep B and various other major problems. The most gratitude love and respect for what all these “angels” and unsung heros do at the hospital. Thank you for saving him x

Endless love and thanks to Izzy and the @catsretrieval team who saved my very sick newborn sons life by getting him all the way from Devon to @GreatOrmondSt 3 weeks ago. He’s currently en route with them BACK after he’s doing so well now. What an amazing job these guys do x
