Hey @digitalocean , I was browsing @hacktoberfest when I found this swastika on the website. Not cool! Can you get that fixed? #Hacktoberfest

I'm used to English not having separate words for things like unripe mangos but I was recently blown away when I learned German English does not typically use a separate word for unripe toast

Ok so right now the "tweet authored by someone you actually follow" to "retweet/XY liked/you might like/promoted" crap is at around 40:1 ? πŸ˜…

Mastodon is like if someone decided that netsplits were the best part of IRC and then decided to build a social media network.

Also worth mentioning that I only found this because it trigger a debug assertion. πŸ™ƒ So if you work with diagnostics and can think of some "probably shouldn't happen" case, pleeasse add a debug assertion so we can find diagnostic bugs semi-automatically β™₯️

Thanks, #rust πŸ˜† Issue number is 104432 if anyone wants to look at fixing this (not an expert but the lint should probably not take into account lifetimes generated by derives...? )

In the last 2.5 months I ran rustc on around 600.000 files with around 50 different RUSTFLAGS each, so around 30 million rustc executions. :D All ICEs found have been reported and I'd love to repeat the same with debug assertions enabled but it would probably take a year... πŸ˜†

Wow, I've been living under a rock. `cargo add` is great! For @rustlang folks who haven't tried it, yet.

Apparently you can just pub const fn main() { ... } and if it builds you are good to go?! 🀯

Fish swim up river. Fish can't swim over dam. Fish swim into tube. Fish go up dam at 25MPH in tube. Fish joyously continue to swim up river.
