I will forever treasure this testimony my son shared: "We only live once on this Earth and we can either make our lives count for Christ or we can live for ourselves and forever regret it." ~ Jadon Goins Now with his Savior for whom he lived. Your race is over, my son!

Sin will take you farther than you want to go, keep you longer than you want to stay, and cost you more than you want to pay. I had a friend that would always remind me that we are all one step from stupid. But God

OUCH, David Wells! “It is one of the defining marks of Our Time that God is now weightless. I do not mean by this that he is ethereal but rather that he has become unimportant. He rests upon the world so inconsequentially as not to be noticeable. He has lost his saliency for

Grief TRIGGERED. Growing up in Honduras, my boys always played futbol (soccer) together. They dreamed about playing on the same college team together. Tonight Jadon's two brothers will be playing together for the men's collegian soccer championship at Pensacola Christian, and

As Robert Murray M’Cheyne says, “If I could hear Christ praying for me in the next room, I would not fear a million enemies. Yet distance makes no difference. He is praying for me.” Thanks for this encouraging reminder!
One of the most comforting truths in the Christian faith is Christ’s ongoing intercession on our behalf. In this article, I explore not only that Jesus prays for us, but also what he prays for us. By examining the Scriptures, we discover three specific petitions Jesus brings

It was a treat to see our boys win a playoff soccer game last night. Seeing Joash wear #19 in memory of his brother in what would have been his senior year hit me in the feels.

Challenged and blessed by the pulpit ministry of my friend @MattAllenPNG this week @campuschurchFL. And I didn't mind several folks confusing me with this missionary legend throughout the conference. #mydoppelgänger

When Jesus is your greatest treasure, death is not a thief but an usher that leads you to the prize. For to me to live is Christ and to die is gain (Philippians 1:21)

Tonight I lived out the reality of Ecclesiastes 7:2. I was in both the house of feasting and in the house of mourning within 30 minutes. I was asked to speak at a young lady's quinceañera. I gave a message from Eph 1 on a believer's identity in Christ. Hardly anyone was

Gospel reminder: Today, because of my union with Christ, the world has been crucified to me and I to the world. My satisfaction and my joy is in Christ, and Him crucified!
