Expertly put by @KMiddletonCSP - the issues we have known about for many years and in my time in NHS @LNWH_NHS we saw the pressures on staff and patients with the demands meaning we could not always deliver the high standards everyone aspires to. Investment needed and support!.

Could not agree or support more. This is not all to do with front line or hospital based care. This is back end, discharge supporting & long term condition treatment & management- we need to reduce the need for people to go to hospital & speed them out of it back home @RoyColPod.
@wesstreeting Without more AHPs, there will be no rehab to make all additional the cures & lives saved worth living & people will just end up back in the system. Very happy to speak with you about why more rehab in hospitals & in the community is the solution to the current problems.
