I used dictation on Apple Watch while boating in downtown Portland and felt this. Offline, instant dictation with noise cancellation, right into the Notes app on my wrist.
Modern computer hardware with substantially more sane software would feel straight out of science fiction.

This would be smart. Turn it into an App Intents destination and give me a picker instead. Sending this to them, I bet they hadn’t thought of it yet.
@mattcassinelli I would use the long press more if more apps allowed me to set up what I wanted. Would be amazing!.
