The Taliban have BANNED women from studying in medical institutes in Afghanistan. This is femicide in action. By blocking women from becoming doctors and banning them from seeing male doctors, the Taliban are basically telling Afghan women to suffer and die without healthcare.

Every day, we wake up to another Taliban crackdown, another ban, another loss for our girls. How much more can we bear? Yet even as they cry, they sing, powerful testament to their resilience. We owe it to them to continue the fight and keep the hope alive ❤️‍🩹

The Taliban has just banned Afghan women from attending nursing school. Imagine: you cannot pursue any education, even healthcare, because of the sole reason that you are a woman. We are witnessing the erasure of women in real-time. It is beyond horror.
