I was recently asked by @matbennett to contribute to some research he was doing about #CRM for agencies. As this is a topic I'm profoundly interested in (folks who follow me may know we're platformed @HardNumbers on @HubSpot) and the findings make for interesting reading.

Can @SouthernWater confirm that if is a current pollution discharge affecting Hayling Island? SSRS is reporting one but I thought these were storm discharges & there has been no rain. My kids were swimming today, so also keen to know when any discharge started

Hey, @SouthernWater is your detection/reporting all ok? The @sascampaigns SSRS app says no report near us but the poo slick off Hayling seafront suggests otherwise

I'm on Xwitter a lot less these days, because it is becoming a place I am less comfortable being part of. Most of my nonsense has now migrated to Blu*sky. If you are a person I have occasionally interacted with here and want a invite for there let me know.

Seems that Twitter notifications just died for me. Got notifications on my phone, but the notifications in app says I've never had one since I joined Twitter

Keep an eye on your Xwitter settings people. Twitter is rolling out audio/video calls. The default settings is that anyone you follow can call you.

Never understood why some publishers let their monetisation partners endanger their standing like this. When I ran a competitor we'd refuse to do this. I'd have made a lot more money if He hadn't taken so long to enforce their own rules!
80% of sites that reached out to me publicly/privately after being hit by Google's HCU update had one common denominator All ran Mediavine, Adthrive, etc with ads that follow user scroll and cover the main content It wasn't simply a Google content update. It was a UX update too

Why do @GoogleUK official pixel phone cases never last any more? 4 pixels in this house and the official silicon cases either discolour, distort or fall apart in months. Premium price cases that don't last as well as cheap Amazon ones. Bring back the old style

They've outdone themselves. 2 Presenters: host and the person with the content. Host has speakers off and thinks no-one can hear the presenter, so she's just winging it and talking over the presenter. The kids on the call are pissing themselves laughing. Such a waste of time
