I want to stay as close to the edge as I can without going over. Out on the edge you see all kinds of things you can't see from the center.

The more restrictions I see the more I want to build a world that doesn’t need someone else permission to do anything.

How in the fuck did Arnold and that era of body builders manage the monotony of that shit and cardio without the internet? No Netflix, podcast, book? Just whatever was on tv. You had no choice. The ability to do that without endless options for distraction is incredible.

Training before the sun up is something I am always happy I did. But still a fight to do it. Would be cool if the brain would get on board for the first part. Till then I’ll keep overriding the part that wants comfort.

At some point we will have to shift from the idea that popular makes you an expert. Actors get paid to play a character and read scripts. Perhaps this is happening not just in movies but all the time. Question everything.

I wish our education system focused on teaching people critical thinking and problem solving and less on certifications or test stats. Remember we live in the Information age. You have access immediately to every book and podcast right now. Learn how to decipher bullshit.
