“If you are depressed you are living in the past.
If you are anxious you are living in the future.
If you are at peace you are living in the present.”
-Lao Tzu
They aren’t going to stop us. The censorship, the coordinated attacks, it all just shows how scared and desperate they are. And “they” are just people like you and I who think that they are doing the best thing. We fight for them too, even as they fight against us.
That’s part…
The code of the sentient savage:
Taste the food.
Have the sex.
Meditate.
Masturbate.
Eat the mushrooms.
Fast for a week.
Write poetry.
Get high and tell jokes.
Fight when you have to.
Walk away when you can.
Love hard.
Fail hard.
Tell the truth.
Forgive always.
“Man is the most insane species. He worships an invisible God and slaughters a visible Nature, without realizing that this Nature he slaughters is the invisible God he worships.”
-Herbert Reeves
Everything is super important. Until you are sick. Then you realize there was only ever one thing that was important.
Your health.
But nonetheless we borrow from the bank of our health, taking loans on stress and sleepless nights to pay for something that doesn’t really matter.
You become who you want to be, who you truly are, by already being that person in your mind. Not by trying, wishing, or hoping, but by being as if it has already been done. That is the belief that precedes reality. See yourself as champion before the world gives you the belt.
“The day the child realizes all adults are imperfect, he becomes an adolescent; the day he forgives them, he becomes an adult; and the day he forgives himself, he becomes wise.”
-Alden Nowlan
Before you get sick your body will whisper about its fatigue.
Before you break up, your lover will whisper her requests.
Before your business goes bankrupt, your customers will whisper their complaints.
If you don’t listen to the whispers, you’ll be forced to hear the screams
“The basic difference between an ordinary man and a warrior is that a warrior takes everything as a challenge, while an ordinary man takes everything as a blessing or a curse.”
-Carlos Castaneda

Sometimes the best thing you can do is STOP 🛑
Do nothing.
Wait for the emotional storms to clear.
Wait for your awareness to sharpen.
Otherwise your action is taken in folly, because it is made in distress and impatience, rather than clarity.
What every father should tell their child:
“You are enough, just as you are. I love you always. AND you should always strive to be better, because that’s what we’re here for.”
I wish I had heard this from my dad. So please share with anyone who might need to hear it 🧡
There has never been a time where the ones who were censoring free speech were the good guys.”
@RobertKennedyJr
This podcast was posted April 6 on YouTube and censored on August 23.
Thank you to
@elonmusk
and X for being a safeguard of free speech.
Empire is making its move.…
“For me, I am driven by two main philosophies: know more today about the world than I knew yesterday and lessen the suffering of others. You'd be surprised how far that gets you.”
-Neil deGrasse Tyson
"Above all, do not lie to yourself. A man who lies to himself and listens to his own lie comes to a point where he does not discern any truth either in himself or anywhere around him, and thus falls into disrespect towards himself and others."
-Fyodor Dostoyevsky
This was one of the most interesting interviews I have ever seen in my life. Big props to
@TuckerCarlson
for an amazing interview.
I truly believe when
@RobertKennedyJr
is president there will be a lasting peace with Russia and the superpowers of the world.

Tucker Carlson has been smeared for days. The legacy media and Democrat establishment are upset at him for simply doing his job.
Americans can handle thought-provoking conversations. We can handle dangerous thoughts or contrary ideas that don’t fit the MSM narrative. Let us…
A devoutly religious man who spent a lifetime denying himself all the earthly pleasures, finally dies. He arrives before God, ready to receive his reward and God asks, "How was heaven?"
“This is the real secret to life—to be completely engaged with what you are doing
in the here and now. And instead of calling it work, realize it is play.”
-Alan Watts
Until you have fasted, you’ll never know how little you need.
Until you have feasted, you’ll never know what is too much.
But both will cause your demise unless you find a balance between the extremes.
You are going to die.
But death has not touched you yet.
So how will you live, while you still draw breath?
Will you love?
Will you feel?
Will you be silly?
Will you forgive?
Will you do your fucking best?
Or will you just complain about why you can’t?
Your choice.
You forget who you are
Born of stardust
Nuclear fusion
The blood of mammoths
Spilled on frozen seas
By your ancestors
You are made of miracles
A survivor of every plague
Pestilence and war
You are 30 trillion cells
Serving one true master
Don’t forget who you are
Most of us should stop asking advice.
Because you know what you should do.
Even if it isn’t clear, you know the next step.
So why don’t you just do it?
Whatever fear is holding you back, isn’t nearly as scary as living your whole life never knowing what is possible for you.
"Your potential, the absolute best you’re capable of--that’s the metric to measure yourself against. Winning is not enough. People can get lucky and win. People can be assholes and win. Anyone can win. But not everyone can be the best they can be. "
-Ryan Holiday
Fight hard. Especially when it’s hard.
Love hard. Especially when it’s hard.
Forgive hard. Especially when it’s hard.
Work hard. Especially when it’s hard.
Speak hard truths. Especially when it’s hard.
Do that, and watch how much easier your life becomes.
Not expressing the truth is an act of manipulation.
It is bending reality for your own selfish gain.
What if we were just honest? With ourselves and with each other?
The consequence of losing money or losing a relationship from being honest is far less than losing yourself.
“All men dream: but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds wake in the day to find that it was vanity: but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act their dreams with open eyes, to make it possible.”
– T.E. Lawrence
"If you can see your path laid out in front of you step by step, you know it's not your path. Your own path you make with every step you take. That's why it's your path."
- Joseph Campbell
“If you treat an individual as he is, he will remain how he is. But if you treat him as if he were what he ought to be and could be, he will become what he ought to be and could be.”
-Goethe
We chase the ones who run away from us or reject us, because they confirm a belief we have about ourselves.
That we are not worthy of love.
The desire to attain their love is a quest for redemption. If they love us we can redeem our love for ourselves.
Difficulties are like rain. You can wish them away one day. One week. But wish the rain away for your ur whole life and all the green of your character and the fruit of your potential will dry up and die.
Think back to a year ago. Remember what was bothering you? Is it still bothering you?
How about a month ago? How about a week ago?
Whatever you are going through will pass. And in hindsight you’ll be grateful for what it taught you.
So why not use hindsight as foresight?
“Ego says, ‘Once everything falls into place, I’ll feel peace.’
Spirit says, ‘Find your peace, and then everything will fall into place.’”
-Marianne Williamson
If you want to give up,
Don’t.
If you think the world is against you,
It’s not.
If you think that it’s not worth it,
It is.
Just keep going. Never stop.
Because you never know when paradise is around the next dark corner.
