I had a great discussion on #total and #comprehensive defense at the Helsinki Security Forum #HSF2024 last week!.
#HSF2024 opened with a panel “Towards a Total Defence of Europe,” focusing on a whole-of-society approach to national defence. Speakers stressed that preparedness must involve all sectors, from NGOs to civilians. Watch here:
