#ICS26 BP target in stroke prevention. The American College of Cardiology and AHA recommend that for the prevention of ischemic stroke in neurologically stable outpatients, BP should be targeted to < 130/80 mm Hg. ACC/AHA 2025 Guigelines encourage the achieve SBP < 120/80 mmHg.

#ICS26 Has begun! Tiny Aneurysms controversies: by definition equal or less than 3 mm. Factors in favor of treatment: dissecating aneurysms, aneurysm growth on serial imaging, irregular morphology, high-risk posterior and communicating system, uncontrolled hypertension, smoking.
