I ran the Boston Marathon a week ago today! A new PB of 2:57:12 on a hard, hilly course, in unexpectedly hot weather. Fully refreshed myself afterwards with lots of lovely Notch beer!

It could be anything at all! A singular flavour (like a specific fruit, herb or aroma find in nature) or combined flavours (like pina colada or mocha). There are no wrong answers here!.

I’m working on the next beer flavour tool - a companion and extension to the Beer Flavour Wheels. I’m collecting as many flavours as I can as I build this out. Are there any flavours you find in beer which are not in the existing wheels?
