It’s a genuine loss as we have successfully used twitter to build connections with thousands of music fans, and it has been a very successful tool for engaging politicians. But if the politicians are hanging about in a Nazi nightclub, I’m not going to go there to try to find them

If I was drinking in a pub and a group of twats started chanting ‘Your body, my choice’ I’d leave. I’d also write a Tripadvisor review to avoid the place like the plague. Consider this that review.

I’ve considered this many times in the last three years since Musk began to use the platform to promote regressive ideas and push hatred. The latest tidal wave of unavoidable bigotry really leaves you with only two options; accept it as a normal part of the discourse or leave.
