@manly_mentor Most people clench to motivation, but that won't last. Discipline is the only way forward. When I row 10km, I want to stop around 6km every time. Just keep going.

@manly_mentor Yes, that's true. However, you shouldn't overdo it and let it become a compulsion. Habits help when you lose motivation. Goals are good, but they shouldn't be set in stone, just like the planned path. One thing is fundamentally important: it should be fun and match your own
