@SimonHarrisTD is it just words & rhetoric that my boys spine is so twisted drs can't see what's happening in his chest via xray so he had to have a CT last week in hospital, I spoke to @MaryLouMcDonald I am the mother of a failed child his name is TJ. Stop failing his friends.

Dollceanna Carter's family have still not gotten closure after 2 years , @CHI_Ireland continue to hold up this process . They may think this is an appropriate way to treat families . we do not. how many more children have to suffer before government step in #JusticeForHarvey.
In Sept 2022, 10-year-old Dollceanna Carter died after eight operations in four months @CHI_Ireland . She lived with Spina Bifida & Scoliosis. We remember Dollceanna her family and every child failed

How is 16 years of age adulthood? In our experience "transitioned" is just a fancy word for abandoned into the abyss, let me be real clear my son is a young adult living with spina bifida & inoperable scoliosis . there are no services, Tj and Paddy deserve better they all do 💔.
And just like that his last ever SPINA BIFIDA clinic @TempleStreetHos 16 years old considered an adult and (kicked out) transitioned to the non existent adult services, from one broken system to the next. The chance we had at some regular scannning gone @SBH_PAG @scolionetwork

Another one to go to the data commissioner , if we at @SBH_PAG a voluntary parent lead advocacy group can keep our records organised you think a multi million euro funded entity responsible for the care of hundreds of medically fragile children could do the same .@UnaKeightley
FOI after FOI shows that although administrators were brought in by @CHI_Ireland specifically to take minutes at co-design meetings for @SBH_PAG I attended with @mandacoughlan, CHI now claim they “can’t find any trace” of said minutes. So I put in a Data Access Request for CHI
