Many thanks to the over 2000 people who came to gather with us to mark Brianna Ghey's passing and to pay their respects. Nothing can make up for her loss but this outpouring of feeling shows that we will not let her memory fade quietly.

It's worse than that. She was found not guilty of any crime and yet she's still in there so it's not even reasonable to say that this is punishment for what she said. It's just keeping her in custody because they can after revoking her license.
Sarah Jane Baker is being forcibly detransitioned in a men's prison for saying "Punch a Terf" during a speech at Trans Pride this year.

What the anti trans lobby don't realise is how opposition works. As they grow more extreme more people who aren't engaged now but are sympathetic to trans people will think "this isn't right". And they will join the opposition. You can't bully or sue everyone into agreement.

Sex Matters are a well funded international hate group, they managed to rustle up what looks like about 35 people, with many weeks notice and all their money. Local Trans protesters outnumbered them over 2 to 1 with no money and 48 hours notice. Terfy losers not welcome in MCR.

No protestors at the people's history museum were not "anti women". Quite a lot were women. And below are some reasons why women might want to protest "sex matters" S7 of the equality act says gender reassignment is a protected characteristic BTW.

@manc_up They were allowed in to the meeting. And there were plenty of cis women outside. We of course have no idea why the museum was closed but we can make some educated guesses.

If this is your attitude to protests you've got no place near the PHM which documents many more robust civil rights actions than some chants outside a building.
@manc_up @McrDPAC @speakoutsister Your behaviour yesterday was vile. Aggressive, full of hate and without any class. The museum was forced to shut because of your behaviour. Real women wanted to gain access for a meeting on womenโs rights and you tried to stop it. You will never stop us. Ever. ๐
