The Tray inserts are done. The new material is nice and easy to work with. A question: Should they be glued in or left loose(relative)? They fit very snugly. So they could be changed out if damaged?.Now that this work I can offer many options

There was a lot of work done since I got it. And truthfully I'm a bit tired of it. Now it's time to put nice stuff back on.

Started the day at 630 am. Cut and readied all blank boards so I could get them glued up today. Then went after the Blazer. Got her paint ted today now it dries a d we slowly get her back together.

First layer done bases are glued up ready for cnc.

All blanks for projects are cut or glued ready for the cnc. Race track maps are progressing. Between you guys/gals,etsy, the blazer and it issues it's been a busy past 3 days. But I'm back on track.

K5 is ready for the final leg. Be busy tomorrow between sanding the K5 , Wood and CNC.

We did do an efficiency test on the Gun Cleaning Trays. Used an old Cribbage Board Blank. It will be a good test bed for inserts and laser designs.

Got things straightened out. CNC is running Jobs while I prep the K5. I still need to set up laser 1, but that will happen. The race track map material is being glued, and I hope to start making them tomorrow. The gun tray inserts should arrive tomorrow.
