Russia is the only country in the world that would blow up a UN relief convoy and then proudly upload a video boasting about it. Psychotic behaviour.
Russians are now proudly sharing the footage of their attack against a UN convoy in Kherson yesterday. They don't claim it was a case of mistaken identity, instead, they insist that the convoy was military in nature and even if it wasn't, they have "banned" any vehicle movement.
