In-person teaching doesn't easily transfer to online teaching. School boards that think their teachers can just pivot to online teaching in a matter of hours don't give a damn about employee mental health.

As a parent, I don’t want my boys to lose an instruction day. But I have to say I’m shocked at #TDSB for asking teachers to be prepared for both options at 6am to figure out the work day. Totally disrespectful. As a parent, I demand that my boys’ teachers be treated with respect.
