I noticed that there’s a huge loneliness problem amongst men and how it can sometimes lead to negative mindsets and behaviours So I wanted to create a community which promotes a healthy lifestyle As a result, I started @5iveKM Come through and tell a friend to tell a friend !
A resounding success from the first run, I was expecting only a handful of runners to turn up as it was organised quite spontaneously but 13 people turned up! Help us strengthen our health-conscious community and run a 5km with us at Shadwell Basin, every Wednesday at 7pm!
