Check out my new @NBCNews article (with Dylan Radley and Makenzie Kerneckel) about turnout in Philly, Detroit, and Milwaukee. Turnout lagged considerably in those cities compared to the rest of their states, contributing to Trump winning PA, MI, and WI

That said, if you're looking for solid places to eat during APSA, this is a good place to start. I will say that they've left off many of the older places in Center City/Old City; this is basically the "buzzy" places. Whether you think that means "best" is up to you.

This list is. fine. But basically, this is the same list you'd get from Eater, Food & Wine, the Inquirer, etc. What's the value of reproducing it yet again if there's no original reporting (and as far as I can tell, there isn't, or at least not much?).

Can American Identity Reduce Partisan Animosity?. New #ScienceOfPolitics with @m_levendusky . Cross-partisan friendships, reduced misperceptions, & shared American identity (even the Olympics) can reduce partisan animosity. But today, it's an uphill battle.
