We are excited to share our work describing the first cellular #precision immunotherapies for lupus (#SLE): anti-9G4 CAR-T cells and cTCR-T cells to target autoreactive B cells, but sparing normal ones. These therapies aim to control disease without increasing infection risk.🦠

⚡️Consider loading your patients initially with higher dose HCQ: ✅It works faster ✅✅It is safe ✅✅✅Warn them if they get GI side effects immediately go down to 5 mg/kg/d
🔥One of my favorite parts of the 2025 ACR SLE Management Guidelines! I have been doing this for over 20 years as a "loading dose" so that HCQ works faster. I recall a study from the 1990s in SLE, and another one in RA using higher doses initially, resulting in more rapid onset.
