I won't lie. I miss the fun side of #UthandoNesthembu. The family trips. The private dates with each wife. The kids making brief appearances. Mseleku and one of his wives really tore this family apart.

Crime, crime, crime and the marrow of the show being the Isibaya plot. Done to death. Commission telenovelas about blue collar families. Explore the Durban Gen concept with fresh actors, less sex, talented writers and a better budget. Please greenlight something new.

Etvโ€™s new telenovela โ€˜Emziniโ€™ produced by The Final Chapter, is one of the hottest shows to look forward to on Etv. The story follows two families , the Nkosis and the Modises. One is powerful and wealthy, while the other once had it all but lost everything, with the matriarch

I can enjoy US TV slop while expecting people who look like me to be more imaginative and creative. This country once simultaneously had Interrogation Room,A Place Called Home,Home Affairs,Sokhulu and Partners and Society running now has rival family telenovelas only. It's lazy.

Niyeke nocansi and profanity. It adds no value to a romcom or comedy unless the plot is meant to be a thriller/horror or specifically aimed at <16. We want to be able to watch movies with our kids and build memories like our parents did. Think Kenneth Nkosi in the early 2000s.

@BathongTk @londy_shange I feel you 100% , same chat , but they are not the problem (audiences), we are the problem (SA Film) the industry has gone stale films are the same , thereโ€™s no ambition everyone is still dreaming of selling another rom com , the audience have moved , we have not.
