What the fuck.
Found this out via this article, before getting notice from HR… while ::checks notes:: oh yes, I’m on my HONEYMOON. Of the photo dept members who received notice today, ALL are people of color, and if cut, the photo dept won’t have Spanish speakers. @latguild

If you know someone or are living w a disability, check out the KC DiversAbility College & Career Fair, put on by The Transition Academy, @DSGKC and @SherwoodCenter. Get on-the-spot help with employment, education and government assistance. Thursday, April 6th.
Employment for workers with disabilities has reached a record high, but one Kansas City mom says it's not enough. Local groups are taking a more individualized approach to hiring, and finding ways to erase barriers. @KCURUpToDate has more. https://t.co/moIvtPOPcu

This forever. And even for folks who are experienced, clarity helps everyone. How often we hear about journalism "shining a light," while ignoring if sources are in the dark.

Such a fun Friday story from @juliedenesha & @kcur today! “When you're printing small scale, it's just on a press. So you have a drum & it's meticulously put together. ... Once you introduce a steamroller, it's a little bit more difficult to control it.” https://t.co/bVvoNZVuoX
