I want to see the XRP Ledger Foundation do the same thing as the ETH Foundation here. Big goal of the foundation has to be to bootstrap the XRP Ledger on chain activity, including the DEX. Liquidity is one part but it's reflexive in effectiveness for a holistic approach.

A big truth that many don't mention. Most teams and crypto projects consist of just or mainly developers and technical people. That's not how a startup or product succeeds. You also need non-crypto natives into your team that understand the average person and can see the benefits
