The hooks-toolkit has increased my efficiency by almost 10 fold. It's so easy to edit my hook and test those results immediately.

Also during this shower idea, it occurred to me that it might be possible to implement the capital asset pricing model and/or modern portfolio theory into a hook.

So what actually happened and how can I avoid this?
1. XPMarket did an IDO and asked users to make offers against their token at the offering price. Their token didn't have any sell offers so this ended up with 1000's of buy offers at 0.035 (Initial Offering Price).
2. When
It is possible that there is no bug. There is a limit to the number of crossed offers. This limit is 1000. This is not documented very well, however, if the issuer would have used the tfImmediateOrCancel flag, the offers would have been canceled after hitting the limit.

I can mint a Dynamic URIToken and send you 100 XP in one emitted transaction. No accept offer, no add trustline.
Just one Payment tx to the hook to mint the nft and the hook emits the ttREMIT tx.

Almost done with options. I had to write a broker (cash) account so users can write uncovered calls/puts.
Users can list/write/buy calls and/or puts against any issued currency or XAH.
The hook/SC works as the OCC and guarantees the performance of the contract.

I can confirm. Both the ImmediateOrCancel flag and the FillOrKill flags would have both resulted in avoiding the offer hitting the dex.

got a sneak preview of XARVIS.
With a "Hook Prompt" we were able to generate a c hook based on inputs that compiled in the hook builder.
You do have to "walk it" to the goal but the technology is incredible.

I would suggest building on top of or making a suite of “firewall” hooks. I also added to the firewall hook by adding a specific issuer/currency combo.

While the XRP Ledger has no offline capabilities as its a public network connected through the internet, you can create a LANNet and use B2M to transfer value between them.

If you’re coming to Xahau to use smart contracts you’re not coming to Xahau for core development. Core developers are a special breed. You’ve really got to be passionate about DLT.
Maybe some will want something more from a smart contract and dive into the core code but those

I speak to devs all the time who would build on DLT but are not getting paid. One can only donate their time for so long...

I did that in a lab. Terabytes of memory, no latency and 100's of cores. I also optimized my configs which I think not 1 validator is doing.
Ripple's validator is running rc so it cant really be counted. We need the specs on the other validators that failed... Go get them.

I did some more research.
1. Either xrp scan is off or the xrpl explorer is off. Xrpscan says a few of the UNL validators that missed txns didn't miss any txns. So who is right? Would need to examine those ledgers in detail. (maybe its because 26th isnt over in the US)

After reviewing the documentation on opensource ripple, it’s possible to not only use evernode as a witness, but we could also add a set of apis into hooks to facilitate this using a hook and use the witness server exactly as the EVM sidechain does. I’m pretty sure. Lol

It matches a republic. You have to be voted in to become a state and you can also be voted out.
Everything has an exploit but this gem is one of the many reasons why XRPL is a step ahead of DLT.
As a business owner implementing XRPL private ledgers, this is why I choose XRPL.

This is why in transia dao they are separated into "Requests" and "Proposals". Requests go from RFI to RFP where the proposal submitted is specific to the network and the request is super generic.

Most people are not going from XRPL IOU to XRP they are going from cash or another token to XRP. Or even more so depositing money via card/ach to buy XRP.
So while I agree, more people should hold USD stable coin on XRPL and use the DEX it doesn’t really help with the core issue

Protocol is the internal mechanism in which the DLT operates including consensus.
EVM by nature is not and will never be XRPL or Ripple(D).
Any development on EVM benefits the EVM ecosystem.
