3/4 when we reached out,he said that because my dad was too slow (langsam he said as we are in Zurich), he had lost many opportunities for other rides waiting for us to get in the car. He demanded that I pay for the opportunity cost or "he knows where we live". Unacceptable

we were out for dinner with my parents, my sister and my wife. My dad had multiple strokes in the past 2 years and this was his first time dining out in 6 months.He has a walker and he is slow walking. His pace was a problem for the driver

Hi @Uber , I took a Uber Trip yesterday and dropped my phone in the car. The driver's name is David and he showed a photo of my phone. However, I cannot get a hold of him because your App does not allow international call.

Especially given the circumstances. My dad cannot walk nor talk at the moment and while he is fighting for his recovery, such behaviour from @FlySWISS is disappointing to say the least.

On the phone, they stated that it was our choice to pay the rebooking fees or lose the ticket with a no show. It is immensely disappointing, especially given the cost of the ticket over that time. I would not recommend #flyswiss given the poor quality of customer service

So my dad was supposed to fly from LHR to ZRH with @FlySWISS on 07- JAN-2023. He had a pontine infraction on 01 JAN and was sent to AandE. The neurosurgeon recommended therapy and no travel for 2 weeks. When we reached out to SWISS, they said they cannot help.
