אני חושב שזה דיון מצוין ושווה לקרוא את כולו.
אני מאוד מחבב את אוריאל. הוא איש מעמיק ואיטיליגנט וערכי. ובתוך זה השרשור (והכתבה) שלו נופלים לנטייה הרווחת לדבר על מילואים כמשהו מנותק ממושגי היצע וביקוש. אגיד את תרשים הזרימה כמו שאני מבין אותו:. 1. יש ביקוש גבוה למילואימניקים.2. אין הרבה משרתים, וגם מהפול הקיים יש נשר אינטנסיבי.
