The majority of my life has been spent expecting more from myself I need to be stronger, faster, more powerful, more confident, win more medals. I lost sight of I am enough as I am. No one is more suited to the role of Lora than me. Here’s to a fresh start of being enough.

My athlete journey has come to an end. Onwards and upwards to new and exciting adventures.

Considering I woke up in a different country to my pilot the fact that we made it to the start line of the road race today at the world champs is an achievement in itself. Finishing 6th wasn’t what we hoped for but we made the best of it and couldn’t have done any more.

8 Years ago today I fulfilled the dream of becoming a Paralympic champion. Unfortunately, I was unsuccessful in defending that title in Paris this year.Hhowever, the memories will live with me for a lifetime. Truly won the best feelings ever.
