Por exemplo, estou em licença não-remunerada para resolver questões familiares complexas, e vou precisar estender mais 5 dias. E pela primeira vez em meses fui a uma lagoa com a esposa e os 2 filhos, desde que o mais novo nasceu. Sensação maravilhosa dirigir com eles no carro.

Me demiti enquanto professor do IFRN, trabalhando home-office, me readaptei, me joguei na área novamente, e ainda assim tenho mais tempo com minha família do que nunca. E agora com o segundo filho, essa verdade é em dobro, tentando encontrar o equilíbrio.
