@llewelyn20 If you did your job properly though and did retrieval practice every week about every single thing children learned from reception upwards, plus gave them knowledge organisers to read at playtime, you'd have nothing to fear.

@llewelyn20 Main thing with inspectors was to get them to look at Conell's book & learning. To speak to him, check his understanding. Always worked first few secs great until he asked them if they liked cats. Then he went into cat mode. Made cat noises. Licked his hands (if you were lucky).
