Such positivity, fantastic thought-provoking discussions, as well as amazing network building opportunities today - I so enjoyed presenting with @drkirstyshaw about our work on leadership and employability training for students at the #LTconference23 @McrMetLEED #manmetproud.
Todays inaugural #LTconference23 by @McrMetLEED was really inspiring. @lintonmicro and I presented our work on leadership training to improve students confidence and career aspirations, and had some great discussions with staff across the uni. Nice goodie bags too!
