@GillSherratt23 I'm so sorry guys, this headline is horrific. Even if Harvey was "mistakenly" labelled palliative, he still wasn't placed under a palliative care team. The awful truth being, Harvey and you were left to languish. A Statutory Inquiry must be implemented ASAP.
